At BeerMeThat, every product is made just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory — everything is printed on demand. While we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders, we are 100% committed to making things right if there’s a real issue with your order.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order never arrived due to a carrier error (not due to wrong address provided)

To qualify, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Send us an email at support@beermethat.com

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue

    • A short description of the problem


❌ What We Don’t Cover

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide carefully)

  • Change of mind or personal taste

  • Slight color or placement differences (normal in print-on-demand)

  • Shipping delays out of our control (e.g., customs, holidays, weather)


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved, you’ll be offered the choice of:

  • A free replacement

  • Or a full refund back to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.


📦 Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows your item was delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • If the package is truly missing, contact us. We’ll do our best to help, but we are not liable for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
