At BeerMeThat, every product is made just for you. That means we don’t keep inventory — everything is printed on demand. While we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders, we are 100% committed to making things right if there’s a real issue with your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
You received the wrong item
Your order never arrived due to a carrier error (not due to wrong address provided)
To qualify, please:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
A short description of the problem

We do not offer returns or refunds for:
Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide carefully)
Change of mind or personal taste
Slight color or placement differences (normal in print-on-demand)
Shipping delays out of our control (e.g., customs, holidays, weather)
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
If your claim is approved, you’ll be offered the choice of:
A free replacement
Or a full refund back to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
📦 Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows your item was delivered, but you haven’t received it:
Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
If the package is truly missing, contact us. We’ll do our best to help, but we are not liable for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
